Oh yeah!

Valentines day! Totally forgot - had to post this.

I find it amusing because ninjas are awesome and it's like kicking hallmark in the face.

Too bad it wasnt like chuck norris or something kicking the heart.

Anyways the book, i think he just didnt have them meet up at the end because 1)before he left they were screwing, and that right there would be akward. 2) she was sleeping with the enemy for 20 years, 3) she was on the enemies side, 4) The whole situation would be like uhhhh.... lol Idk i kinda didnt mind that too much, because he knew that it was his sister i think in the end.
I would have liked it to have gone more into what happened after, rather then them meeting the guy from the south and stuff. The whole wrap up of the book in the last chapter kinda made me want more, but the thing is there isnt any.

Wasn't it awesome when they sent the assassin after...shit it's not Alberico...i forget what the other dude's name is...but man, that was a powerful scene.

And naw, don't think he knew it was his sis, or else there would have been a bigger wtf scene. But the whole thing is one huge string of empathy, cause you feel for both sides, but one has to win and the main character (allessan I think it was?) did some pretty evil shit to get where he wanted to be (enslave that wizard).

but yeah, good book wooo

Also I found out chuck norris is a conservative.

He can burn!

Brandin of Ygrath was like POP bitch
and it was like splashy splashy lol
But yea Alessan, idk, he did that but i think the evil shit he did wasnt too evil given the fact he wasnt doing it just for his province.
Watch out tho, Chuck Norris might roundhouse kick you to your grave!
And remember, Chuck Norris doesnt sleep, he waits...

Yeah, but that begs the question...do the ends justify the means?

Yes

=P

After all in the end they are all free, they are still alive (well most), the wizard that was taken in, he is alive and free once again even though he was taken against his will but still he finally realized that it was for the whole of the penninsula at the end when he saved that stupid bitch jumping out of the window lol.

But under Brandin, the world WAS peaceful. In fact, it was the most prosperous it had ever been as well as the safest. At one point, Allesan's mother is disgusted at the fact that their own people are following Brandin because of the change he's brought over the land.

Because of Alessan, all that peace and security is destroyed.

All free? A lot of them were already free AND secure.
